Are these from your garden? If so I'm jealous. I only have a small patch and it faces North, so I really have to concentrate on growing stuff in the shaded areas that looks good but not too much colour. At present I've really just got the forget-me-nots. Weather's been really uncharacteristic (even for wet Britsland) and everything is a bit late blooming.
Hi Ian, I have a Southern exposure balcony with a few terracotta and various other pots... April 28 posting shows "some of my lovelies"
When I lived in the country I planted flax everywhere around the cottage, it does also well in the shadow, blooms "forever", its many blue little flowers give a lot of joy and requires very little maintenance… and, it is a perennial! I take the photos during my walks. The city is very much like a gigantic English garden for the most part... it is a little bit of paradise - particularly at this time of the year!
Welcome Kora and Martin - thank you both for your kind comments, I happy to share my glimpses - hope you come back!
