Cont. ...

This exercise gave me the opportunity to explore different possibilities and reminded me that there are always an endless number of them, if we only allow them to be... At the end, it became an exercise of acceptance. Of "working with what I had" not with "what I wished I had". Accepting that just because I did not get the results I imagined/believed I wanted, I still did succeed in a different, unique way...
A. did not think there was one shot worhty for him to print ...
There IS one I like.
IS there one you like?

Fourth down - branch behind and 3 stones in front. Also the penultimate one, with the silk swirling 'round the base.

ilooooove those stones... one of my favorites
The penultimate does allow it simplicity to show... it is a beautiful arrangement, yet - like me - does not photograph well.
My favorite? the one just bellow "cont..." - not perfect, but i really, really like.

I like the one with the white table cloth under it. It seems like the flower is flying or floating- nice effect.

Cheers,

I'm with you Angeldust, although
I also really like the blue of that little stool in the 1st shot.

yes bs
when I looked at the lot again, the first one on the blue (re-recycled plant stand) struck me as something that I might have seen on a "French" poster?

AM
you mean the "embroidered" one?
Had the highest hopes for that one, but the table's surface as well as the space did not allow for any further fine-tuning... did a loooot of ironing !!
