What never fails to move me are Danny and Alan's nightly tête-à-tête closing scenes; some of the most extraordinarily daring “male bonding” dialogue ever intertwined with current topics and irreverent sexual innuendo. Totally delightful, refreshing. There have been a lot of shows I have liked through the years, but I believe this one will top them all…

Addendum
And then, this past week in the last episode, Dec.08.08 - they got married!
Yes, they are both "totally, unmistakebly heterosexual". It was actually a "normal step" for them, given the circumstances.

A former partner (lawyer too) told me decades ago that people marry for different reasons. It took me a long, long time to understand the concept of a marriage where romantic love was not involved... I guess I am finally all "grown up"

I am instinctively drawn to their sleek and unique lines... on occasion a strike of genius. They feel like a sculpture that begs caressing... feeling out the nooks and crannies... Ohhhh, they are just buildings, I know… ! lol
